Our original focus is that of a “Training Restaurant”, your patience and understanding
is appreciated and we welcome constructive comments and
feedback on the students performance on the customer
surveys to be provided.
Trainees are identified by the
word “Trainee” on their name tag and remember, accidents
may occur and lecturers may correct trainees as
situations occur. The “Training Restaurant” is an
important part of learning outcomes for our Trainees
studying, Food & Beverage and Commercial Cookery.

We are fully licenced and bookings are essential.

Seating
The resaurant can cater for a maximum of 65 guests. There are seperate rooms, the Cattley Room, the Wilmot Room, the Alexander Room (the main training and function room) and the Ladbrooke Alcove. Seating can be arranged to suit client needs.
